Kunstkaart
This animation is based on eight architectural suprematistic drawings made by a student of Kasimir Malevich around 1920.
The suprematism was in the first place not meant to be art that fulfills a certain function. So due to the lack of functional description on the drawings, I kept the animation as free as the works, as a rhythm-based ride through sketches which become dimensional.
The rhythm of pure geometrical forms in combination with the “top view” on the architect’s table is the main focus of this work.
