This animation is based on eight architectural suprematistic drawings made by a student of Kasimir Malevich around 1920. The suprematism was in the first place not meant to be art that fulfills a certain function. So due to the lack of functional description on the drawings, I kept the animation as free as the works, as a rhythm-based ride through sketches which become dimensional. The rhythm of pure geometrical forms in combination with the “top view” on the architect’s table is the main focus of this work. (www.stefanbuerke.com ->"rooms are ready")
